The Team

The Biconix team reflects the company's vision of do things smarter by doing smarter things. It starts by understanding your business and needs and then creating solutions to enhance performance and productivity. Our team must thrive in both of the world of business and technology. They have personal and practical knowledge of corporate business challenges as well as experience with the most advanced global technologies. Using this multi-disciplinary knowledge, they can be best serve our clients.

David arrived in Israel in 1984, after working at the American Accounting firm Laventhol & Horwath, to manage the implementation of Scitex's financial systems. In his work, David recognized a need for technological solutions that will provide a better platform to the business performance challenges. In the early 90s he established Biconix, one of the first companies in Israel to offer technological solutions combined with a deep understanding of business and financial needs. Later on, David formed a business partnership with Applix, the TM1 platform developer (currently IBM-Cognos TM1), and he became a prominent expert in performance management. Under his management and vision, Biconix grew into a leading firm in its field and synonymous with professionalism and success.
David earned his Bachelor of Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University and his Master's Degree, magna cum laude, in Business Administration from Pace University in New York.

Osnat joined Biconix in 1999, after several years in Australia, where she worked as a financial advisor. Since then, Osnat has assisted David in establishing and developing the Biconix vision – technology bases solutions to solve business issues. Osnat's role includes management of the professional staff, developing new services and products, as well as managing all communications with Biconix's clients. Over the years, Osnat has gained extensive experience working with a wide variety of sectors, and has led dozens of development and implementation processes of Biconix solutions.
Osnat earned her BEc and Master of Economics (specialized in Accounting) from Tel Aviv University.

Hayim joined Biconix in 2005. In his role, he is responsible for formulating the company's marketing approach and activities, which include focus on clearly defined content and constant examination of new opportunities and trends.. Among the key processes he has led are the establishment of the company's marketing system and its rebranding, forming a business collaboration with Anaplan and establishing "Plan" – a unique gathering for senior managers.
Hayim has a BA in Economics from Bar Ilan University.

Maya joined Biconix in 2005. Maya earned her BA in Economics and Computer Science from Ben Gurion University, and her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Bar Ilan University.

Einav joined Biconix in 2003. Einav earned her BA in Computer Science and Accounting as well as her Master's Degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.

Oshri joined Biconix in 2010. Oshri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Economics as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
